Organic acid complexing agent, free of acrylates and surfactants

 

Performance and characteristics

  1. Excellent complexing ability.
  2. Good dispersion and suspension, strong scale inhibition and scalping function, effectively prevent equipment and fabric from staining.
  3. Excellent acid, alkali, oxidant and reducing agent properties.
  4. It has good compatibility with pre-treatment and dyeing general additives.
  5. Does not affect the dyed shade and fabric whiteness.
  6. No foam is produced.

 

Instructions

  1. Water treatment: 0.05-0.2g/L
  2. Basic conditions scouring: 1-3g/L
  3. Hydrogen peroxide bleaching of cellulose fiber: 1-2g/L (normal pH requirement does not exceed 10.5)
  4. Polyester alkali reduction and dyeing after cleaning: CY-113A: 2-4g/L, NaOH: 20-30g/L, detergent: 2-3g/L

Temperature: 130 ° C, holding time: 30 min

  1. Polyester fabric dyeing, soaping after printing and anti-staining: 2-3g/L
  2. General soaping: 0.1-2g/L
  3. Rinse the wool fabric after shrinking: 2-3g/L
