High-temperature and high-pressure dyeing of disperse dyes is an important method for low-temperature dyes with low fastness and low molecular weight. With this type of dyeing, the dyeing level is good, the color is rich, and the hand feel is good. The fabric has a high degree of core penetration and is suitable for small batch and multi-variety production. It is often used for the dyeing of polyester-cotton blended fabrics.

High-temperature and high-pressure dyeing of disperse dyes can be performed on high-temperature and high-pressure jiggers, jets, and overflow dyeing machines. It is suitable for dyeing dark and concentrated shades. The dyeing pH value is generally controlled at 5 to 6, and acetic acid and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate are commonly used to adjust the pH value. .
